Come and enjoy some games and learn fun, hoopy tricks with expert hoopdancer Emilie from The Joy of Hooping. She’ll be running sessions for teenies to teens in the Head over Heels area.

Don’t worry if you can’t hoop yet - that’s a good place to start. If you feel you’re between levels, we can work out which you’d get more out of on Thursday. It’s going to be fun! 

Hoops are provided. Wear what you’re comfortable in and bring a bottle of water. We will get hot : )

From 23rd February 6 week courses will start:

7-8pm • For absolute beginners and hoopers wanting to improve their non-dominant side or really get to grips with lifts, jumps, angles and more…

8-9 • Progression classes. For those hoopers to explore ideas/improve flow/defeat that nemisis move and dance, dance, dance. We won’t cover the basic moves here, so you will already be at the stage where you’re comfortable in your hoop. Sessions will have a specific idea/body area to explore and there will always be time for jam. 

Space permitting there may be the option to come to sessions as drop-ins if you can’t make the whole block.

There are parking bays onsite for orange/blue badge holders only.(The building has full disabled access).Bike: There is onsite parking for bicycles.

Underground: Belsize Park (Northern Line) is very close to the Hampstead Town Hall Centre.
(Cross the road at the station and walk up the hill).
Buses: The 168 and C11 pass the door and can be picked up outside the cinema at South End Green.
The 268 can be picked up at the 02 Centre on Finchley Road.
Rail: Hampstead Heath Silverlink railway station is about 12 minutes walk.
Car: Parking nearby is extremely limited. There are parking bays onsite for orange/blue badge holders only.
(The building has full disabled access).
Bike: There is onsite parking for bicycles.
